Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within the designated market.
Manage and expand dealer networks, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective product distribution.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
Implement field marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional campaigns and materials.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2-3 years of proven sales experience in Furniture/Construction Material/Hardware industries.
Proficient in dealer management and field marketing strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Knowledge of industry trends, products, and consumer behavior.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
