Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Monitor incoming messages and comments on social media platforms such as Facebook,WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.
-Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback via direct messages/ calls in a professional and timely manner.
-Provide accurate information about the company's products/services
- Address any concerns or issues raised by customers and provide satisfactory resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
