Sales Manager Job Duties:
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Develops and manages the strategic and tactical planning for the Pharmaceutical Products.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,
Meet the Minimum Target as determined by Budget.
Inclined more towards scientific selling / concept selling with strong product knowledge.
Ability to build Strong inter-personal relationship
Flexibility to travel across Nepal

Recent experience of minimum 1-2 years in multinational pharma companies in specialty products like Diabetic, Cardio, Neuro, Gastro, Critical Care etc
Fluent in English communication and handling high end doctor profiles individually
Inclined more towards scientific selling / concept selling with strong product knowledge.
