Job Responsibilities
Provide appropriate information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle of the products.
Manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers
develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and suggesting new solutions
Order collection from Sales team and proceed for billing
Maintain relationship with stockiest and ageing follow up
Maintain and monitoring the warehouse and stock
Ensuring best service levels to customers in terms of Fulfillment of orders, returns, grievances, settlements.
Support Sales operations at desired Service level while controlling associated operations Cost.
Developing Systems and process for Efficient and Effective functioning of Warehouses.
Stockiest management – Appointment process, Supply, claims and service
Credit Control & Sales Administration
Create all MIS required for Secondary Distribution operations within Supply Chain.
