ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Achieve sales, collections and focused products targets through existing customers and identifying new opportunities in the assigned territory by visiting our customers on construction sites, or in offices and industries.
Include extensive hydro traveling
Achieve productivity targets through disciplined sales execution (DSE) and applying consultative selling model, including software and services.
Follow SSS principles for trade applications, Demos, VFM, INP etc.
Follow laid down processes in finance, GCC and supply chain for target completion.
Build and grow relationships with customers to deepen engagement, providing them the most innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Monitor competitor activity and ensure leadership in share of wallet (SOW).
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Experience: 2 - 3 years of direct sales experience with proven track record of success of growing sales to a loyal customer base while strengthening the company’s position and market share within assigned territory.

Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts.
A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position.
Compulsory 2-Wheeler Vehicle and License.
