Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional clients such as corporations, schools, universities, and government agencies.

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Audio-Video Industry market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Develop and implement sales and stock planning to optimize product availability and customer satisfaction.

Manage the tender work process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Oversee project management, including coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Analyze sales data and use it to inform business decisions and make recommendations for improvement.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the company's CRM system.
