Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Training Course Sales Representative to join our clients' team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling training courses to schools and colleges, with a focus on engaging with decision-makers, conducting meetings, and fostering strong relationships with educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for training courses in schools and colleges.
Identify and approach potential clients, including school administrators, college counselors, and educational stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and meetings with decision-makers to showcase the benefits and features of our training courses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in schools and colleges to promote repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and ensure accountability.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of training courses and excellent customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at education-related events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Provide feedback and insights from the field to the management team to continuously improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Self-motivated with a drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently to schools and colleges within the assigned territory.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
